Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Certain items, such as software or downloadable products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us for more information.

How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@11-music.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. If the item is approved for return, we will process your refund within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship out the new item as soon as possible.
